Our acquisition team had intimate knowledge on the location and prices whilst our architects quickly evaluated the design appraisal viability for a residential scheme.
Although the site had previous planning refused a number of times, our architects; having intimate knowledge of the area, had in depth experience into what schemes the local borough would accept.
The site was secured where we exchanged and completed in 1st quarter 2016. Plans were undertaken to create 9 luxury apartments with commercial aspect with a GDV in excess of 4 million pounds.
This scheme has now received approved planning from the local authority and build works have commenced with completion due end of 2018.
