In 2016, CIG partnered up with it’s network of Far Eastern buyers, to successfully acquire this exciting new scheme, consisting of 45 new build, luxury apartments.

The site is situated within walking distance to Chadwell Heath Station.

CIG strategically identified the new Cross rail zone as a key area to substantially increase in value within the next three years.

Build works have commenced and due to be completed in 2019.
