In 2015 CIG acquired below market value a 10,000 sqft warehouse site in East London where a decision had to be made within 24 hours. Our acquisition team had intimate knowledge on the location and prices whilst our architects quickly evaluated the design appraisal viability for a residential scheme.
The site was secured where we exchanged and completed in 2nd quarter 2015. Creative planning application was undertaken to create a mews development of townhouses with a GDV in excess of 4 million pounds.
This scheme has now received approved planning from the local authority. Build works have commenced and completion is due year end 2018.
