CIG acquired this derelict public house located in Stratford. East London.

The development was purchased with planning passed for 8 luxury apartments and CIG immediately went about adding value.

Seeing an opportunity to add another floor above the existing scheme, CIG instructed architects to evaluate the current design and work on adding an extra luxury duplex.

In 2015, CIG was successful in obtaining planning permission for the additional unit and since, build of these 9 luxury apartments has now commenced. Due to be completed in 2017.
